New Blog Challenge & April’s Challenge Winner

Good morning, happy May Day!  Now, if only the temperature would rise a few degrees more outside…..

It’s time for a new challenge & you will find all the details on the challenge page.  Thank you to everyone who took part in last month’s challenge, every card was a beauty.  I asked random.org to choose the winner & it gave me……

Who is……..

                                                                CATHERINE!!!!

Congratulations!  Please contact Lisa at lisabaker1@btinternet.com & she will give you your voucher code, (she is away today, so it will probably be tomorrow before she gets back to you.  It gives you time to make a list!)  Have fun choosing your new goodies & don’t forget to add the challenge winner’s button to your blog.

This is the card I made for the new challenge.  The backing papers are Core’dinations with the Kanban image stamped with Versamark & heat set with WOW Clear Gloss embossing powder.  The label & the two kraft butterflies were cut from Graphic 45’s Elusive Wings 12x12 paper.  I cut the coloured butterfly from G45’s Parlor Wall 12x12 paper.  I love these ornate metal corners from Creative Expressions.  This is the large size.  I found the Craftwork Cards sentiment & the scrap of ribbon in my stash & black adhesive pearls are from Hobby House.

I'm looking forward to seeing many of you on Friday at the Maidstone class, it feels much longer than two months since I saw everyone.  Have a lovely day & we hope you’ll be inspired to enter the challenge at some point during May.  Until next time, happy crafting.

Kirsten.
