Back To Class!

Good afternooon, hope you're having a great weekend so far. Kirsten here with a review of yesterday's classes in Maidstone, Kent.

It was our first time back since the Christmas party classes on December 4th & it was wonderful to see everyone again - there was lots of catching up to do! We also welcomed some new faces to the class; Ann, Tracy & Claire. Thank you for joining us, we hope you enjoyed your time with us & we look forward to seeing you again.

As always, there were lots of products on the promotion tables.............

Our projects this month were based on Hobby Art stamps & it's a good thing we took these photos at the start of the day, because by 9.30 last night, there were a lot of empty spaces on the promotion tables. Thanks everyone!

You can see lots of our samples in these photos, Lisa, Jan, Martina & I will be featuring them here on the blog in the next few weeks.

The remaining products will be back on the website by Monday evening & Lisa willl be doing reorders over the weekend. We'll let you know when they arrive.

The class projects were based on these cards, made by Lisa.............

We kept everyone busy, watercolouring with Distress inks, stencilling & stamping, painting with Starlights..............

Lots of bent heads, everyone deeply focused on their colouring................... :)

These are only a few of the finished cards, I'll put the rest on the Lisa B Designs Facebook page in the next few minutes...................

Everyone chose different colours for their Hobby Art Poppy Heads cards & different Hobby Art Wildflowers stamps for their second card & it was wonderful to see the variety of finished projects..........

Thank you to everyone who joined us yesterday, it really was nice to be back & to see you all.

Thank you, as always, to the truly fabulous Lisa B team; Rose, Kate, Jan, Jo, Julie & Martina, we couldn't do it without you.

Thanks to Paul, Lisa's OH, for his help at the start & end of the day, and to Kate's hubby, Geoff & their grandson, for their help packing everything up & loading the van last night.

**Just to let everyone know that there won't be a new blog challenge tomorrow. We've got some other ideas for this year, so we're giving the challenge a rest for the time being. Thanks to everyone who supported it last year.**

I'm going to get all the class projects into an album on the Lisa B Designs Facebook page now & I will be back here on Monday with my regular blog post.

Thanks for visiting the blog today. Enjoy the rest of your weekend.

Kirsten.
